The inquiry form prepares an email for you to review and send to Pinion.

Information in an inquiry

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, travel or aircraft details, preferred contact method, and any additional information you choose to provide. A phone number is optional unless you choose phone as your preferred contact method.

How the form works

The form uses the information you enter in your browser to prepare an inquiry email and a summary you can copy or download. The site itself does not store a copy of the inquiry.

If email delivery is enabled, your email app opens with the request. The message is delivered only when you send it from that app. Your email provider processes that message under its own terms.

Information sent to Pinion

Inquiries delivered to Pinion are used to respond to the request and discuss the proposed trip or aircraft arrangements. Planning a flight may require relevant trip details to be shared with the operating carrier or a requested service provider.

Please leave passport numbers, payment card details, identity documents, and other sensitive documents out of this initial inquiry. Any later requirement for those details should be handled through an appropriate channel.

Website operation

The site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or a marketing signup. Fonts and imagery are served with the website. The hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
