This website introduces Pinion Aviation LLC and provides a way to prepare a flight or aircraft owner inquiry. It is not a charter contract.

Pinion's role

Pinion is an air charter broker, not a direct air carrier. Pinion does not own or operate aircraft. Flights are arranged through independent, appropriately authorized air carriers, which retain operational control.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting or preparing an inquiry does not reserve an aircraft or confirm a flight. A booking depends on confirmed availability, final pricing, acceptance of the applicable agreement, and required payment.

The operating carrier, itinerary, aircraft, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation provisions must be reviewed in the documents for the specific trip. The website does not replace those documents.

Aircraft and destinations

Aircraft categories are general planning information. Passenger capacity, baggage space, cabin features, route suitability, and availability vary by aircraft and operating carrier.

Aircraft and destination imagery is illustrative. It does not identify a Pinion-owned fleet, confirm availability, promise access to a specific airport, or establish a price.

Aircraft owner inquiries

An owner inquiry begins a discussion. The website does not promise charter revenue, operating approval, cost savings, or any particular operating arrangement. Any charter activity depends on eligibility, an appropriate operating carrier, and agreed terms.

Inquiry delivery

The inquiry form prepares an email in your email app. Review the message and press Send there to deliver your request to Pinion. Opening an email app is not confirmation of delivery.
