A better charter conversation

Fly with fewer
unanswered questions.

The aircraft is one part of the decision. The complete quote, the right fit, and knowing what happens next matter just as much.

01 / The complete picture

Know what the quote includes.

Look beyond a headline price. Review the proposed aircraft, operating carrier, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and booking terms together.

Understand the quote
02 / Fit before appearance

Choose around the whole trip.

Passenger count is the starting point. Bags, ski equipment, pets, preferred airports, and cabin needs all belong in the conversation.

Explore aircraft categories
03 / The itinerary, connected

Make the timing work together.

A meeting, an event, or a family arrival sets the brief. Include private-terminal details and the journey after landing when planning the flight.

Plan business travel
04 / Clearer decisions

Discuss changes before they happen.

Ask how revised times, passenger needs, cancellations, or an aircraft change could affect your options and cost before you commit.

03 / Families & groups

Bring the people. Plan the details.

Passenger count alone does not tell the whole story. Share bags, skis, pets, and cabin needs early so the options reflect how your group actually travels.

What does Pinion Aviation do?

Pinion is an air charter broker. We arrange flights through independent air carriers and help clients compare options and coordinate trip details. Pinion is not a direct air carrier and does not operate aircraft.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Your origin and destination, departure date and preferred time, passenger count, and contact details. Return travel, additional stops, luggage, pets, and other preferences help us assess the right options.

What affects the price of a charter flight?

Aircraft type, itinerary, travel dates, repositioning, and trip-specific requirements can all affect a quote. Review the inclusions, exclusions, validity period, and cancellation terms for each proposed trip. Read the charter cost guide.

Can we travel with pets or oversized luggage?

Include these details in your inquiry. Pet policies, cabin access, baggage capacity, and special-item acceptance depend on the aircraft and operating carrier and need to be confirmed before booking.

Can you help with a multi-stop business trip?

Choose “Multi-stop” in the inquiry form and list each stop, date, and preferred time. Let us know about meetings or other timing requirements so we can consider the complete itinerary.

How do I compare two charter quotes?

Compare the complete itinerary, proposed aircraft, operating carrier, inclusions, possible additional charges, cancellation terms, and quote validity. The lowest headline number may describe a different trip. Our quote comparison guide gives you a practical checklist.

What if I have not chosen an airport or aircraft?

Start with the city or address you need to reach, the timing, passenger count, and luggage. You can enter a city in the form without selecting an airport. Suitable aircraft and airport options are assessed for your particular itinerary.

What should I ask a charter broker before booking?

Ask who will operate the flight, what the complete price covers, how the proposed aircraft fits your group, who coordinates your request, and what happens if plans change. Read our guide to choosing a charter broker.

Does an inquiry confirm my flight?

No. An inquiry starts the planning conversation. A booking requires confirmed availability, final pricing, acceptance of the applicable agreement, and any required payment.

Your next journey

Ready for your
next journey?

Tell us where, when, and what matters. Build a request around the trip you actually need.

01 Your route and timing.

02 Your passengers and preferences.

03 The best way to reach you.

An inquiry is not a reservation. Aircraft availability and all trip details are confirmed during the booking process.
