Start with the whole journey

A flight is personal. The planning should be, too.

A useful proposal is more than a price and an aircraft photo. It should reflect where you need to be, who is traveling, what you are bringing, and which parts of the schedule cannot move.

The questions that deserve a direct answer before you book.

What does Pinion Aviation do?

Pinion is an air charter broker. We arrange flights through independent air carriers and help clients compare options and coordinate trip details. Pinion is not a direct air carrier and does not operate aircraft.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Your origin and destination, trip type, departure date and preferred local time, passenger count, and contact details. Return travel, additional legs, luggage, pets, and other preferences help define the request.

What affects the price of a charter flight?

Aircraft type, itinerary, travel dates, repositioning, and trip-specific requirements can affect a quote. Review the inclusions, exclusions, validity period, and cancellation terms for each proposal. Read the charter cost guide.

Can you help with a multi-leg business trip?

Choose “Multi-leg” in the inquiry form and list each additional leg, date, and preferred local time. Include meeting or arrival deadlines so the itinerary can be considered as a whole.

How do I compare two charter quotes?

Compare the complete itinerary, proposed aircraft, operating carrier, inclusions, possible additional charges, cancellation terms, and quote validity. The lowest headline number may describe a different trip.

Does an inquiry confirm my flight?

No. An inquiry starts the planning conversation. A booking requires confirmed availability, final pricing, acceptance of the applicable agreement, and any required payment.
